The building features a three stall horse stable on the south wing.
There is a three bedroom apartment on the second and third levels.
The center section on the ground level houses an office, grooming
room, kitchen and special services room.
From 1990 through 2007 the building supported a very successful boarding kennel business. I have decided to close the boarding kennel to
concentrate on the show dogs. Since I no longer have horses, the south wing or stable is being converted to a training area for the show dogs.

Exercise Yards
The north wing has three indoor pens and ten indoor/outdoor runs. The outdoor runs are glass/screen enclosed. Individual exercise yards to the rear have six foot fencing. The building is completely electric with a ground source heat pump for heating and air conditioning.
Grooming Areas and Indoor Runs
Fenwick Kennel
The kennel building was built in 1990. Its basic design was developed by
my late husband, Ralph Braunschweig, and modeled
after an 1850 farm
house, The Grove, in Glenview, IL. The front door of the kennel is 175
feet down a  path from the backdoor of my home.
